Die Hard Dice is a small husband and wife company, a business built by gamers that caters to gamers. I was glad to take advantage of their black friday/cyber monday deal and this is my first time getting my hands on their product. The free item they threw in with my order is an indicator of how well they endeavor to treat their customers.
I think that metal dice are their specialty and you really can't go wrong with their solid construction. However, the metal d20 I received was missing paint on one face.
The polymer dice I received appear very unbalanced in a salt water test (testing both a single color and a multi-color die) although this test is of dubious utility in the first place. Bubbles inside the dice have a negligible impact on randomization when rolling, but it may be a concern to some.
I am satisfied with my purchase and interested to see what products they develop in the future.
