He's innocent until proven guilty. Having said that, sometimes victims keep putting off reporting it because they don't think people will believe them, especially if it involves someone in a powerful position.

If you’ve not read the accusations and texts/voicemails, etc. you should fit more context. The texts or voicemails make it sound like an affair not SA. I’m a survivor of SA. I can only speak from my experience and her claims just aren’t logical for this SA survivor. Sad thing is so many apps to create fake texts and with AI, anyone can get made to sound like another person, you can’t tell real from fake. One hotel room is probable for an affair and “him” saying they made a mistake
sounds like an affair. And I understand him suing her if she has been trying to extort for months. He’s no different than any other person. If I had a son who
was experiencing what Garth says
he was, definitely would want him
to sue or do whatever and I get the
anonymous. She’s allowed to sue him anonymously, why do we feel is different for him? Personally, criminally I think she should have every right to anonymous, but when you are out hunting money, I have to question that when he’s not given the same consideration. I don’t understand it. Not that anyone cares my opinion or thoughts. I just wish the best for any victim, either of them. If it is untrue, I do think we need to start prosecuting these people as it hurts true victims of SA. And if he’s found to have done it, there should be arrests.

So if this woman is found to have fabricated said allegations does that mean she gets on the offenders list for false accusers and jail time? Way too many false accusers can destroy someone's reputation and get nothing but a slap on the wrist.

Well, it will be interesting to see if he truly booked only one room that night which should be very easy to find out. Unfortunately, he was known to be a cheater according to his first wife so one never knows. People always say that you should believe the woman but you can't condemn a man without having all the facts. Any man who can cheat on his wife in my opinion might be capable of such a thing but I'm sure it can be figured out. You can't just ignore the woman's accusations either.
