Now, what is the number one thing that happens to everyone over the age of 40 besides us eating chips like these? These are some of my favorite, by the way. Pringles salt and vinegar. I've got fire fries, which we know all about. Fritos, which are ridiculously amazing. I love dipping these Tostitos inside dips.

And what happens every single time? Carbohydrate overload, right? And you see my sign here. What does that say? Too much cardio. When you do this, what do we tend to do? We tend to want to go and have to do a lot of cardio, which is actually sabotaging your hormones if you're over the age of 40.

Now, I'm going to set this down. And let me tell you a couple things real quick. First, right now, if you're over the age of 40, please listen up tight. If you're not, that's OK. Still listen to this, because it can affect you too-- especially if you're in your 30s.

Too much cardio is sabotaging and causing metabolic slowdown. Metabolic slowdown happens in people-- especially over 40-- when they're doing too much cardio from eating the favorite foods just like I showed you with those chips. Now, there is an easy solution to this-- trust me.
