I'm a little biased by this song and with good reason. But aside from that, it's still one of my favorite Christmas songs. Celine just kills it, as always, by singing this. Yet, it's a song that could be sung by anyone and sound absolutely beautiful. It can be approached and recorded in so many different ways, with the same end result. I know it's touched so many hearts. I'm a little biased, merely because a bud of mine wrote this song, And when people find out who did, they're so utterly shocked. So yeah, this song was written by Dee Snider. Lead singer of...Twisted Sister. Yep, that's the one. The man who's told you "We're Not Going To Take It Anymore" for decades now...is the same man who gave you this song. If you get a chance sometime, thank him for it. He's a laid-back, humble and gracious guy who would be so flattered to hear such compliments. Until next Christmas, folks...

Quite a song. Never heard of it until I was watching an interview on YouTube of Dee Snider discussing Wikipedia facts about him. This was actually written by Snider for his wife who requested he write a Christmas son for her. Snider, of course was the hard rocking, make up wearing front man for Twisted Sister.
