This is the best country in Europe for Entrepreneurs, start ups and businesses in general, in my opinion.

Ill just say what I like the idea of is having one amazing place to live combined with amazing weather nice people that speak English and a country that I can set up a business and pay low taxes in a great business environment and still be in Europe. Cyprus seem to tick all of the boxes.
