The name isn’t what people say it’s pagan. The New Testament doesn’t even agree about the timing of Jesus’s birth, death and resurrection. And Easter is on the same date as the spring equinox. I’m not saying it is entirely a pagan holiday, just that Christians in an attempt to stamp out pagan worship assimilated elements of an existing day of worship. Hence why kids are hunting for fertility symbols right now with a giant sex symbol (rabbit). It’s a fertility celebration Christians super imposed Jesus onto.

Easter is pagan, if you think otherwise you are decieved. We were given passover in scripture. You cannot add to or take away and then claim it to be his word. Thats the problem with mainstream cristianity, people will not accept his word as it was written. His name is not god, his son was not named jesus. The Fathers name is YAHUAH meaning "I AM", the Sons name is YAHUSHA meaning "I AM YOUR DELIVERER".

Easter is a commemoration of Jesus' resurrection. Where I'm from, the focus is on Jesus not some easter bunny nor some eggs. So, from our perspective, it's not pagan.
