I added a Boss to my Dream Metroidvania Game!

What is Lost Onion? Well, it’s a story-based Metroidvania with again a HEAVY aspect of the story!

Just saw your game on Goodgis video, and wanted to give some slight feedback:
I think you should consider separating background colors and character/enemy colors a bit more.
Currently the identifiable traits of the player are very green, which makes it difficult to discern it from the background and vegetation.
Similarly the bats are very black and blend in with black rocks + black solid area.
Since most entities are covered by vegetation or your gun for most of the game, the player needs to easily be able to identify what is where **unless** the camouflage is taken into account with the game design. That said, easily identifiable doesn't necessarily need art changes, and ultimately, this is all just my opinion.

All in all, the game looks great ^^ I love the art direction + theme, and I'm interested in how the game will evolve forward

Hey, you can add a colorful bullet animation when you fire the bullet and also when it hits something! Btw great work!

A lil idea: you should make a text appear in the center of the screen saying the area’s name once you unlock it, if it’s been unlocked then on the side down left
