The Incredibles has INSANE attention to detail...

The Incredibles remains one of my favorite superhero movies, and the attention to detail in it is insane. Director Brad Bird is known to be meticulous when it comes to his movies, so I can't imagine he didn't think this detail through.

This easy-to-miss detail adds layers to the character of Elastigirl. While evading Syndrome's missiles on her way to find Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl tries to contact Syndrome's control tower and convince him to call off the missiles. But the details in this scene reveal something about Elastigirl's backstory...
