A HiSET student, Abby, sent us this problem from the official free HiSET prep practice test on our Light & Salt Learning Facebook practice. It's great practice for the GED® test too! It ask us to find the sum of two ugly looking algebraic expressions, polynomials in this case.

Just a quick question, I should break it all down . put the numbers in ( ) then put like numbers together and then simpliy then find the answer?
