Great information; thanks. Someone gifted me a card that had a PIN number on it, and I couldn't use it when I tried to. As of now, there is no "clear PIN" option, but only to "reset PIN", so I did that. I am now ready to try again on my next shopping trip with a new PIN that I created.

Called customer service, doesn't give me the option to talk to a live person and everytime I enter the card number, it says card invalid 🤨

So what you're saying is that you can set up the 4 digit pin by using it the first time at a gas station or store. And click on debit, and when it asks you for the 4 digit pin, you just type whatever pin you want, and what ever you type in will be your number.

Can the first transaction be an ONLINE transaction? Can I use it on Amazon? Amazon will want to enter a 3-pin code (the one at the back), so how does it work?

If I enter a 4-digit pin, will I still be able to use the card on Amazon and complete the transaction by entering a THREE digit pin? Btw, the card I have is E-gift card.
