Camilla hasn't seen her family in 9 years. A few days ago, they were finally, through a miracle and Dawn Staley's efforts, allowed to come to the US and see her daughter. Maybe that miracle made Cardoso believe that this one could happen too, and it did. ❤

Great shot Kamilla! I definitely rock with Coach Staley & the ladies but Tennessee put on a master class in how not to execute down the stretch. First you miss two free throws that would have iced the game, then intentionally foul when SC has no timeouts which enables them to draw up the final play, lastly you fail to guard Cardosa on the inbounds. No wonder the coach looked like all the life had drained out of her. Tough loss
