Come and Visit the Layton Utah Temple

Come feel God’s love inside the Layton Utah Temple. The media was invited to tour the new house of the Lord on Monday, April 15, 2024. The public open house runs from Friday, April 19, through Saturday, June 1, 2024, excluding Sundays.

It is one of 30 temples in Utah in operation, under construction or renovation, or announced.

Beautiful temple. Almost 25 years ago I never thought that a temple would be in Layton. I remember being there as a missionary and now Syracuse and Layton have temples

I REALLY wish I could go to this open house--along with the Taylorsville Temple open house--but I live too far away and I'd never be able to fit it into the schedule. It still makes me happy to see them, though! So happy for the saints in Layton.

I like the approach that they are taking in the interior design in some of the new temples. Taylorsville is very pioneer-esk. This one has a little 20's style. I just hope they don't do 70's. Ha!
