Very helpful seeing how the yarn over should look. Indeed - I would have wound it too tight on the needle.

This was very helpful . I completed the first 24 rows and increased by 12 stitches. Ready to repeat pattern again. At the end of original pattern, is this when I addwhat’s in the red outline (12stitches)? On the 3rd time around do I knit what’s in the red outline two consecutive times and so on? Thank you
