The problem that I have with a lot of these "instructional" videos is that a lot of times the instructor does not tell the viewers the WHY. In this video, for example, why do we add +1? Why do we add +7? What is the outcome if we fell to do such? etc. etc. As beginners, some of us would like to know the WHY, not just the WHAT.
