TLDR PROFESSOR PUTRICIDE Normal + Heroic Guide - ICC Guide WOTLK Classic

A quick Guide for Professor Putricide in Icecrown Citadel, the main raid in Wrath of the Lich King Classic Phase 4.

A guide for Pugs, Lazy Raiders, and people who don't want to sit through a 10 minute boss guide to know what to dodge.

You just know the boss is going to be a shitfest when the TL;DR is 2.5min of packed content.

Some tips:
- Hunters can ping-pong the boss from opposite edges of the room at phase 3 to steal the tank debuff (By taunting). This will delay the fight longer if lacking dps and going 2 tanks only. (In 10-normal tanks well geared can hoold up to 7 stacks no problem, on 25hc I wouldn't take more than 3 per tank)
- Hunter's snakes from trap count towards the green ooze damage split.
- Have 1 warlock using curse of tongues on oozes as soon as they spawn.
- Healers have to heal the abomination aswell... in normal you can throw a HoT or two once in a while but in HC you'll need to be careful.
- You should have the raid stop dps before it phases if ooze is about to spawn, otherwise it could complicate things (specially when about to enter p3 and abo is automatically dispelled). If lacking some damage bring the boss to around 38%... have all DPS focus the ooze and when it's about 30-40% health melees can keep DPSing the ooze while casters phase the boss.

Thank you for simplifying these fights….watching a 25 minute Joardie video explaining every small detail is overkill imo.
