You know what I find interesting about Rammatra’s design is that cowl around his neck is from the robes he use to wear as a monk. He seems to be somber and not outright mean to Venture probably because they mentioned the monastery

The way Venture phrases their answer makes me think that they’re actually nervous to interact with the Monks themselves, not wanting to say or do the wrong thing. Which they in turn tell Ramattra they have asthma as an excuse

I love Ram isn’t outright hateful to all Humanity, he knows there are some that will show him respect and kindness or are just genuinely curious of his culture and always responds appropriately. Best character in the game.

I love how he’s not hateful/rude to all humans, considering his past. Unless you display yourself to him in the same way, he’ll treat you with respect and politeness. I love how he’s written! 💖💖

When he asks "what is stopping you?" He says it with a certain innotation that sounds sharp and angry.

When he sighs, its in a kind of relief, i feel like.

Ventures answer probably made Rammatra consider him ignorant, in an innocent way. Like "This human has no prejudice, They are too simple"
