Hi I have small problem.
When I open sql developer and try to log into schema the following error comes

An error was encountered performing the requested operation.

Io Error: The network adaptar could not establish the connection.

Vendor Code 17002

This happens only when my internet is off in my laptop.

But when I connect wifi or internet. It opens smoothly.

Plz can some 1 help me step by step in this issuse. Thank u.
