I think I would have been very frustrated and disappointed had I purchased this aircraft Nice landing (and great recovery from the slip! Thanks Av, not too many videos for 2020 nowadays, glad to see you still use it. Bombs here loaded tail down in the 111, movies taken in real life show them flipping around as they drop. A good safety feature!

I remember seeing the Heinkel HE 111 in Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, though the plane in the film is depicted with a twin tail.

We had a little chuckle when you "She could carry a Payload of 2, 000 kilos of bombs which is actually not bad". Unless you were cowering in your Anderson shelter awaiting the impact of the weapons we suppose.

Finally, a reviewer who knows how to pronounce Heinkel properly and that it was a 1-11! If the engine sounds were better, I think I'd go for it, but the interior sound like an Austin 1100 in need of a service.

Every time I see a Captain Sim plane I can't help but ask 'did they use the Asobo 747 cockpit?' 🤣🤣🤣
Come on AvAngel, this is totally not a bomber. Deutsche Luft Hansa just didn't want windows for every seat but they did want to give passengers a nice panoramic view of the ground so they knew where they were going. 😉

Great video review as usual. There was a third He111 available, by Aeroplane Heaven in FSX and P3D (32 and 64 bit). It was a good effort by AH standards, apart from taxying issues with the tailwheel which could be easily fixed by modifying aircraft.cfg. This Captain Sim effort seems a bit meh by comparison. The skin looks like it's been carved from solid. Using a butter knife. I actually like the idea of having a separate livery pack. Most addons come with far too many liveries that you'll never use, taking up GBs of disk space. Fine if it's a great addon but wasteful for something limited like this.

The soundset used for this addon are definitely the DC3 sounds

Agreed, the bottom-up thing when braking is not good -- CS should have adjusted the CG programmatically - if you find the *Flight_Model.cfg* file it can be adjusted - otherwise you can also adjust it in the same screen as Fuel loading.- the centre of gravity (CG) should be set more AFT -- a question of trial/error to find the right value.

For msfs 2020 on xbox series s, this plane flies wonderfully, the only problem I have is, the moment the plane battery dies the engines shutoff after 20 minutes of flight. Can they increase the batteries lifespan, or add alternators. Please

I love the charming way you honestly review the flaws. I think there are far too many of them for the price asked. Why, change of sound when window is opened ain't no rocket science nowadays. You would think it was a standard already in 2020, would 't you?
