Wattles, the reason why you're not getting the heads from the vanilla tweaks pack is because they're a quite rare drop, especially in mobs you can farm

1.18 is different. Iron on the surface is the new survival! You have to adapt your "this is what we should do." Now you need to do things different-so surface iron IS allowed now.
