I learned so much about talking to adults for business as a 11 year old when I started going around to the neighborhood looking for work to cut their grass or work the flower beds and what not. It made me the hustler and hard worker that I am today. I own multiple businesses now that I let someone manage and I trade futures for a couple of hours in the morning and then go have fun for the rest of the day. It is something that kids are missing today. My kids are getting it. They have to negotiate with me for pay on chores. Then they also do jobs for the neighborhood.
