The end result may have been a win, but the series of plays that occurred during the game were ALL small wins or loses. Focus on each one in an effort to improve. That's the real win. Everything he said about being the top closer is so true: being 16 years old and the manager of Dept 3 at a publishing fundraising company, I was in charge of leading grownups who were my parents age, guiding them to sales, based on my own sales MVP consistency. Fun fact: Scottie Pippen, a basketball player, worked there at the same time!
