I can't believe it, Silksong has FINALLY been delayed! We've waited so long for this, this is such a huge moment for the Hollow Knight community. For so many years people seemed to keep saying it was "delayed" even though it actually wasn't. But now, no more! I for one am absolutely ecstatic concerning this news.

Honestly I'm just glad they reaffirmed that it exists and wasn't a community wide fever dream, can't wait for the release hopefully before November.

I was barely in high school when Silksong was announced, I am now graduating from high school. Now I know the pain that Pikmin, Metroid, Layton, Zelda, and every other fandom feels when they don't get a game for years

They're trying to release a fully baked game. A+ to them. Much prefer to wait for a complete game than to get more games that still aren't finished at launch. Take the time you need to make another masterpiece, Team Cherry!
