The coolest transformation goku has is either UI (black hair state) or ssj god other than that no debates or maybe ssj3 in the tournament of power cuz he actually looked cool asf in ssj3 in the tournament of power

Though the blue form is cool it isn't mostly useful. Now I'm only talking about ssj blue not other blue versions.except for Frieza who lost to blue everyone else beat it.The blue form looks cool and in the manga it's awesome but in anime the power is lackluster. Jiren broly kefla and a lot of others fought this form and Goku and Vegeta lost almost all. Only perfected blue or universal blue is truly strong.
