Something I often do when I have no one I feel I can mark the fullbacks with, but when I have 2 strikers (which I very rarely have these days, admittedly), is I use the strikers to do the marking. By pulling them out wide on defence, they actually find themselves in some interesting positions if you can counterattack quickly enough. Especially if they have the 'Move Into The Channels' trait, they can make it really pay off. They need extra fitness, though.

ive just started using a similar tactic and been dominating every competition so far. only differences are bpd cd and two cwb attack in the back, half back instead of a dlp in midfield and af and f9 pairing upfront. IP instructions are quite similar too but i made it even narrower with dirbble more and be expressive on. I have never scored this many goals in my entire fm journey. in 2 seasons i've scored almost 300 goals in total. so from now on i will stick by this tactic in every career until fm 26 release.
