I can’t imagine how many times they had to film this. Everything had to be in sync between the choreography, the dialogue, all of it.

My parents use to love this movie, we use to watch it the weekends before Halloween every year when I was little 🤣🤣🤣

The von Krolock's must be a real vampire dynasty ;-) You can see so many epochs in this dance: medieval, early modern, renaissence, Tudor period, early baroque, high baroque, rococo, Louis-Seize style, empire style.... Since the plot of the "current clothes of the main characters" takes place around 1840/50, the "Empire vampires" are probably the "freshest deceased" ;-) Very nicely implemented is also the decay of the clothes of the vampires over all the "lying time" in their graves.

I got the dvd about 10 years ago, i when to cinema 50 years to see movie i think it was called the Dance of the vampires at the time. Like i said i got the dvd and when i feel a bit down i put the movie on i have good laugh i had hundreds of 😂laughs 😊 and yes i fell in love with Sharon❤❤❤ she was a fab actress thay were fantastic actors especially Alfie bass he makes me 😅.

I think i have seen this movie 8 or 10 times with my wife.I dont know why, but especilly in autum or wintertime when it was cold outside.My wife made tea and served her cookies.I loved these evenings with my wife but she died last year and i'm so sad.
