Cruel mode? and here I am in act 3 struggling in 'easy mode' :)
I was wondering why so I began looking at my gear, lvl 12 gloves... lvl 13 boots... level 10 belt?? Ok, I think I figured out why my lvl 34 character is starting to struggle...

This is correct. Corrupted gems are currently capable of adding levels but there quality and number of sockets are fixed.

The merchants in the jungles of act 3 and the caldron witch in the Vaal area also change their items periodically and they also always have multiple rares.

Tried the ascendancy on cruel 4 times, 3 times the game crashed mid challenge, and one time, the boss died, the trials completed, and then my character got one shotted by something i dont know what, and then the trial failed after i finished.

The real issue is the broken abilities/ascendancies…. You cant advance if your build sucks, they need to fix all that before we even start thinking about gear

kind of a catch 22 on exalted orbs lmao if no one uses them because they want to trade for prerolled items, the pool of prerolled items decreases drastically lol
