I saw Beck, Bobert & Appice in concert @ The International Amphitheatre ( Chicago "73" ). When he came onstage, there was a 5-7 minute standing ovation. I will never forget that moment. After the concert I was shocked. I had just seen & heard the greatest guitarist on the planet. I still feel that way 50 years later. RIP Jeff.

My introduction to Jeff Beck is this album. Friday night cruising in a 1970 Charger in a thunderstorm and tried mushrooms for the first time. Freaking blown away for hours driving around with my High School buddy Joe.
