I don't listen to a lot of this music but it's VERY clear to see they weren't booing in the crowd because of her performance, they were booing because the network catered way too much to the TV viewers and her stage wasn't in the field. If you're going to have a halftime show, it should be on the field for those who paid to be in the stadium. You can still get a camera in there for everyone else.

I paid more attention to Bebe Rexha a whole lot more, than what was on my Thanksgiving table, that afternoon. She was beautifully spectacular to watch, despite the detractors- choose love. And also, Ms. Rexha certainly won a fan- me, after releasing "I'm Good (Blue)", which takes me back to when I was around three years old. Can't thank her and David Guetta enough! Bless their hearts, indeed.

The Fans were booing because we could not see the performance! The stage was not on the field. WHY? Nobody complained about Bebe's performance. CLEARLY a bad decision to not have a stage put on the field so 65000 people could see her....my god

So I read the headline and now after reading the entire article and then watching the performance it's clear that this was either a ploy to make her look bad or to underate her ability and or musicianship on purpose to make her stand out more and get her name out there more.
Personally I don't know who she is and I've maybe probably once or twice heard her name or some of the random choruses in her songs randomly but her musicianship is amazing. She literally didn't sound bad at all whatsoever considering all the moving, running, and jumping that was going on all while dancing perfectly in sync with her backup dancers the lights and overall production.
She nailed it
I think there might have technically been one or two total flat notes in her runs and honestly I really think it was once and I can't say for sure but at least once which is seriously amazing enough.
I was impressed though and I've been playing music for 15 years which is half my life. She did alot during this performance and I Hate that apparently the stage wasn't in the stadium because her performance clearly shows despite her nervousness she was ready to play that stadium and still is.

Who thought spinning the video would work? NOT !

I was confused about the boo'ing claims at first but the entire performance was aimed at TV audiences, and that final stage is literally facing a wall. So pretty sure everyone here is likely correct, the boo'ing is not aimed at Bebe it is aimed at whoever decided to rob the stadium of the performance to make the TV audience get a mildly better experience than they might have otherwise had.

I'm glad everyone's complimenting her here because on other sites all they're doing is bashing her. I think she did a great job and it's not nice there making fun of her size does not matter what you look like her voice is beautiful. I totally agree it was the producers fault or whoever's in charge of where they placed the performers. Why couldn't they put her in the middle of the stadium like everyone else. Regardless be nice people

I'm not even really sure who she is, but she seemed to perform well. Shame they had to cater so much to the television audience. The network deserved to get booed

This is the first time I have ever commented on any type of viral post. I cannot believe how much people expect perfection from people in the spotlight. I don't listen to this genre of music often, but this woman is very talented. It takes a lot of courage to get on stage when extremely nervous. Perfection is having imperfections and knowing how to overcome them by being brave! Thank you Lady, for being brave!

I was fortunate enough to be at this performance live BUT sitting in the stadium you could not see the show except what was being broadcasted on the screen! The viewing was no different than what everyone was seeing on tv and that's why we were booing. She's amazing tho and loved her performance. Super cool having the Lions Cheerleaders in the mix dancing with her! Great job, just wish we could've seen it in being performed in the middle of the field!

What made this such a bad show for the people in the stadium was the fact that Bebe Rexha was facing a camera for the TV audience and not the fans in the stadium. I would have booed too. As for the performace in general, It was fine. The TV audience has now become more important than the fans that pay big money to go to these games. It's pretty messed up that they would do this I think.

WHO'S BRIGHT IDEA was to do a half time show if the people in the stadium cannot see the performance ? I think they boo'ed her because the stadium fans couldnt see her show as it was catered to the fans at home on tv....Great performance > Very Bad decision on stage location (bummer as even stevie wonder saw the stage local was a bad placement)..Bebe and her dancers rocked and did excellent ! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

My seat was right next to the stage, she faced the concourse the whole performance never turning towards the stadium full of fans. When she first started to perform even the people around me thought it was a recording, there was a white sheet up and we could only see a drummer and guitar player. It was very disappointing being there, part of the appeal of going to the Thanksgiving game is the halftime performance.

Okay, now that I've actually watched it, I think the true problem really is that they just didn't have the full performance in front of the live audience. Why would you have the majority of the show underground, and then the very last part of it is actually on stage where the people are? It's like filming a movie and instead of releasing it to the public the day of, you show it a month later when no one is that interested. I'm not surprised they booed but I do feel bad because she is pretty good and I do like some of her songs.

I've been hearing for days how she got boo'ed and now that I'm seeing the performance I am even more confused as to why. Besides the spinning camera that made me cover the phone until it stopped she did a good job.

The problem is really logistics. The stage is in a corner of the stadium where no one can see her performace. Plus, her back is to the field. It was dumb to set it up that way.

Whoever decided to stage parts of Bebe's half time as an enclosed music video and not have the ENTIRE performance be an OUTDOOR concert/stage performance for ALL THE AUDIENCE to see cheated everyone there at the game. The final bit of the halftime that was performed on a stage was how the ENTIRE performance should've been done. The director and concept person tried to be too clever.

I think she did great over the fact that she was performing to NO ONE! That’s got to be hard.
I did know some of her music and it sounded good. 🙌🙌🙌

I don’t get it. Big booty girl covers Eiffel 65? She seems to have a good voice.
