If you could magically create a new world where Agile came naturally to large organizations, what would have to be true about that world, the organizations, and the people working there? To make your new world a reality, what beliefs and worldviews would need to get left behind? What would the organizations have to look like? And how would we know that this new Agile world was any good?

Join Mike Cottmeyer as he shares some of his earliest observations and latest thoughts on the Agile industry and explores what must be true for Agile to succeed.

Posting here rather than Linkedin since my comment regards my current employer. Some current beliefs I'm facing (I have many because my current situation is a bit of a pickle) are, "our engineers are too specialized and Scrum teams will not work". A bit of "snowflake-ism" what works for you will not work for me and therefore we will not even try it. Another is, Product believes they are only responsible for the "requirement", and they are not to assist in the refinement (backlog grooming) of the ask, nor the involvement of verification (demo) of completed work. I'm contending with a desire for the results of Agile while not willing to adapt changed behavior to BE Agile.
