Keep grinding to establish this winning culture and have Dame+Chauncey develop Shaedon + that young core to their max and for the first time ever we have the makings to a dynasty.

I really like how Billups talks about the game. He isnt afraid to talk about struggles and give praise specifically. Not saying Stotts was bad, just this is so different. More player perspective.
