I do think the team seems to lack confidence that allows them to press right through the pitch. When Ange came in the players looked inspired and were running round like kids on a sweet shop. Injuries have clearly had a serious impact. Interesting that the young players seem to have picked up that particular baton

After watching two seasons of a manager with zero tactical adaptability, they’re still saying "Keep"? 😂😂😂 Every opponent has figured out Ange’s system, yet he stubbornly sticks to just one approach, never adjusting or making in-game tactical changes when things aren’t working. He just stands there with his hands in his pockets, watching like a spectator. If that’s what being a football manager is, then I could do it too!
A real manager studies the opposition’s tactics, adapts smartly during games, and maximizes the strengths of his players. But for two full seasons, Ange has done no tactical analysis, relying solely on individual player ability while contributing nothing as a coach. His best skill? Giving flashy excuses in press conferences.
