Close proximity to a modem router is the worst for emf exposure. Make sure to unplug when not using or at least at night, and take breaks away in nature. All wireless device user manuals specifically state to keep device at a safe distance away from the body to avoid exceeding exposure safety limits, if we carry them in pocket or hold them for any length of time, we're exceeding the safety limits. Only turn on data or wifi when using, then turn off. Always get plenty of sunshine and ground as much as possible. The screens are not the only sources of damaging bluelight, it's coming from all the led light bulbs too! Thanks gov!
