I love the "Where Im At" diagram at the top right of each step!

I appreciate how you didn't edit out your mistakes and included "How I would do it different next time". I'm most definitely going to be using this as a starting point for my desk. Thanks for putting this out here.

You know what makes this a great video? You show the mistakes and challenges that you ran into and then how you overcame them.
Thank you for the video!

This is definitely not DIY, this looks professional...

Edit: This is definitely not DIY for the common person, this is something professionals do. DIY for professionals, LOL. This edit is for the comment warriors with low humour and high sentiments to prove others wrong.

Thought you were a madman for a floating marble desk when I saw the thumbnail. You certainly fooled me- it looks good!

Don't see enough brothers doing this kind of innovative work on YouTube. Great job and easy to follow explanations. Thanks

Dude, I want to thank you for providing the "Where I'm at" diagram so we can follow your train of thought. It really helps me to collect what you're doing in relation to how you are getting there. Excellent work -- as always.

You've really stepped up the professional look you have in this video. The "where I'm at" feature is unique and really beneficial to the viewer and your in-video advertisement doesn't seem tedious or forceful. Really well done

Pretty awesome.

I love the fact that you are man enough to admit parts you did wrong or would do differently.

Desk looks really stylish.

You do some the best woodworking videos I've ever seen. You keep it moving at a good pace, and your not afraid to show your mistakes, and more importantly, how you recover from them. You seem to have a good idea of what you're going to do, but you improvise as you build. Reminds me of Adam Savage. I pick up so many great tips and ideas watching you. Thanks!

I think the best way to learning is by making mistakes. That way you know not to make the same mistake again. That's why they say practice makes perfect. But I can honestly say I've never seen a video where someone called out their own mistakes. That tells a lot. Even if he messed up a bunch, his work speaks for itself.

Working in the electrical and a/v field, products are constantly changing with the technology and I still learn new things on the job everyday.

The wireless charging a good idea. I might try that on my coffee table and nightstand in the bedroom

This is a beautiful project. I love how you provide feedback for yourself and learn from these projects during the editing process. Great content!

That 'french cleat' idea just blew my mind. I was going to use large shelving brackets for my build, but this idea is much better. Thanks.

Wow. I'm impressed by the quality of your work. Not just with the wood, also with the edition of the video. Your audio and video seem to be taken from an H&h

I feel inspired by your work!
