First, just want to say words can't describe how proud I am of you guys for 7/7 vlogs and keeping the positive energy & magic going! Love starting and ending my friday with a new La Vida PenaVega vlog, it makes my heart so happy!

Door solution. Take a pool noodle cut it into a small piece. Cut it down the 1 long side (should look like a hot dog) put it on the door, high so kids can’t take it off. This SAVED my kids fingers 😊

Honestly, I love the balance that you both have with your parenting styles for rio, ocean & kingston! I was the same way with the two little boys I nannied. I still babysit the sweet boys, they're now 2 & 4! I am the same way with my kiddos at work, caring for them with a gentle heart but always making sure they learn, know right from wrong and keeping them safe!
It's important for them to be heard, but also know right from wrong and to always be safe!
You guys are incredible and loving parents and I truly love seeing the way you connect with the kiddos in every way!
Caring for little ones with a gentle heart but a strong spirit is essential!

When your busy, you could attach temporary door props at the top of the door where the kids cant reach. You could definitely rig something to help with the door closing fear/risk.
