I love TWIN PEAKS also. In fact, I'm having a TWIN PEAKS marathon today, on February 24, 2024. 35 years after Special Agent Dale Cooper arrived in Twin Peaks.

This is a fascinating story! I, too, loved Twin Peaks. But Hazel’s story would make a good book/movie/tv show all on its own.

Thanks for this great video and for all the extra photos. It make it more interesting seeing the people involved. She probably got in over her head having to many suiters and probably getting pregnant and having an abortion. It was though times back then.
Love vintage cases like this one. I would love to see more.

The kimono robe I bet was a gift from one of her admirers. I wonder if they tried to trace those personal ads because the only reason to keep that was if it was from the person she had an interest in or one of the ads were hers. If she was pregnant then maybe the father of the child or even a family member did away with her for the shame she was bringing on the family or lover. What a mysterious case. Wish they could have solved it.

A very interesting story. I've never watched Twin Peaks but I surely will have to see it after this. IMHO I think she may have been a open minded woman of her time who through circumstances found a way to blackmail guys who were cheating on their wives. Thanks for another great one Ash!!!
