Family: Man was shot, killed while stuck in street takeover in Chicago

Family members said 20-year-old Guillermo Caballero was in the wrong place at the wrong time this past weekend. CBS 2's Charlie De Mar reports.

See the problem is these politicians won’t do anything to bring change to this because they don’t care! Chicago police could find everyone involved and the DA office will say “ok they feared for their lives” slap them on the wrist, and let them out the next day ! Seen it many times and been to many council meetings about it. This topic is just brush over as an “ongoing movement for awareness and accountability” well yes exactly! Can we hold all these criminals accountable already?!!!
