Lived in Victoria between 2006 and 2012, went here every year at Easter, great place. Looks a lot busier than when we used to go.

I was going to ask if you reckon you'll miss these southern destinations when you move north. But you answered that at the end. 🙂

Beautiful campsite. We’re staying in an Airbnb in tocumwal this year, might see you on the water.

QUESTION for you and other Why choose expensive car and caravan, vs converted coach towing trailer with cheap car (something like a 10-15 yr old hilux ute or Mitsi Pajero) and tinny on the roof? I am looking at buying a coach and converting it to a camper/mobile home. I see the fuel economy of a coach vs car pulling a caravan is about the same. I also learn that maintenance on a car pulling a caravan is higher than the costs of a coach. I see that a 15-20 year old coach converted to a camper is cheaper than the cost of buying a new caravan, and a coach gives a great deal more space. The larger roof space on a coach allows greater amount of solar panels that can still generate enough power on overcast days, while caravaners can not. A coach allows greater volume of potable water to be carried, and room for larger black water and grey water tanks, allowing "off the grid camping" for a month or more..
