I got everything right but the headlights are different colors. How to fix?

Help I'm stuck! I have everything right except for two pieces. I'm looking at the yellow side and it appears solved but the two edge pieces of the second layer are reversed. The right is yellow and red and the left is yellow and green and they just need to be switched but I can't figure it out 😬😬😬

Beginer metod =scramble pyraminx, try to solve it and fidle around with it for 5 mins, wabam solved.
BTW thats how i solved my pyraminx for the first time
