The "cleaning lady" clip is one of hundreds from 30 East Drive, Chequerfield Estate, Pontefract, Yorkshire, England. Its a well known haunt and has frightened people for years. Pontefract Council likes to keep a lid on visitors though as they don't want a residential area becoming a distraction.

This is just the particular video that spread around the world. The locals just treat the ghosts in the house as "quiet neighbours" as they never leave the inside of the property. You have to REALLY have something to have the British take notice. I live in Chester; I could throw as stone on my street and hit a ghost lol

The local one that frightens me is one of a small child in flames screaming down the street who died in a house fire.

That house is 30 East Drive, Pontefract, Yorkshire UK. Likely a set up as no-one lives there. It is a tourist attraction for paranormal fans.

The "cleaning lady" is called Carol, she's the caretaker for 30 East Drive. She lives next door and lets people in when they have ghosthunters around. She's mad as a box of frogs and gets incredibly aggressive when anyone suggests it's nonsense, she literally earns money off people thinking it's haunted.
