I love that it's practical. Not a lot of "ceremony" or traditional, inefficient moves. Right to the dragon punch, followed by a pirouette for balancing purposes, into a side kick. I'd love to see a part two involving multiple attackers. A wheeled gang if you will.

Really needed this last week when I was carjacked by a handicapable man downtown. I was frozen in terror, recalling how I recently saw on TV that a man in a wheelchair named Hector Salamanca killed a local restaurant owner named Gus. Fortunatley I remembered Master Ken teaching us at summer camp that nunchucks make excellent wheelchocks in a moment of crisis. Long story short I got to keep my 2002 Dodge Neon and the aggressor spent the night outside in a rainstorm.

found this so refreshing. I'm neither destructive nor disabled, but sometimes I do sit down, and I think it could be critically important for me to practice some of these moves on the disabled so that if I am ever attacked while I am seated, I will know how to react. I beat up my first wheelchair bound persons last weekend and their surprise and sheer horror allowed me to easily overwhelm them. Thanks Master Ken!
