I imagine this scene in "IT: Chapter Two" like Ben sees Pennywise standing on the road looking like a normal clown and when the car passes by IT, IT looks all bloody and evil looking, then Ben turns away and sees the bloody corpse of a little kid, which slowly turns to look at him and tells him to turn back now.
