How to Level the Print Bed

How do I adjust my bed if the center is not level? My corners are ok, but the center has a lot of friction. What do I do? It is ruining most of my first layers.

Hi thanks! Do you happen to have a video on the MP10? -- I got one used, but it wont touch the bed it's a 1/4 inch from when it prints. I assume it's a setting or an adjustment of leveling. Thanks any info you have on this one super appreciative. TY!

What if the z axis on home is a good 3 or 4 cm off the bed. There is no - selection in move menu. What are the other options?

Is it a stylized Monoprice logo?

Thanks for making these videos! I've read in other forums that it's not a good idea to manually move the bed and extruder because it will send electrical surges to the computer. Is it safe to say now that it's not something to worry about?

It looks like home in this example is actually lower than the adhesive on top of the bed, which doesn't reach the corners (where home lands)... this seems to be a minor problem I had levelling. Doesn't it matter?

All four concer a piece of paper can move with just little resisntace, but when i put it in the middle it like stuck.. or the left middle, etc HELP!

I have the mp10 and when I hit the home button it goes to the left side middle but not in the corner like in this video. It also grinds like it wants to go farther then allowed. I have never dropped this printer and it has been on a sturdy level table since unboxing. Anyone have any ideas by chance?

This printer is great but the leveling is a PAIN. The Z home switch clicks to the ALUMINUM not the BUILD surface

I have the Maker Select Plus and the instructions say goto Tools > Home All but there isnt that option in the menu. Should have a video for unboxing Maker Select Plus explaining whats in the box, a step by step setup video, and a video on leveling the bed for the first time and loading with filament and then maybe on printing / tips and tricks and troubleshooting. Prob needs like 10 videos to make it easier to use but you could prob get away with an unboxing/setup and how to use first time video which would help a lot of people. The instructions in the box should be reprinted every new version, things it should cover is the bottom bars already attached, getting started which includes directions for that specific printer version hardware/software, and the test print attached to the bed how to remove. Im a noob in 3d printing this is my first printer otherwise would prob be obvious/way easier. Just create a YouTube playlist for each printer model and videos in order of how someone new might need them. Any videos which apply to mutiple printers maybe make a playlist until you have enough videos for the specific printers, its not super complicated I but it’s also not as easy as setting up an hp inkjet or laser.

Overall great value here was pleasantly surprised with whats in the box and look forward to checking out your guys other products!

Seriously, and this is helpful how? How about some realism and you jack your screw adjustments all up so you have to calibrate every single spot...multiple times. In what reality do you get a bed that just needs one screw adjusted? I'm almost to the point of returning my monoprice and getting another Creality...

this is trash tried this method never worked the best way for me to do this start the print with like a raft and as it prints slowly adjust the screws till you get good adhesion to the build plate
