Jeff Bezos describes the moment that changed the course of his life and path to Amazon forever. It's possible that if he hadn't had this realization, we wouldn't have Amazon as it is today!

For the record, Yasantha Rajakarunanayake is a Sri Lankan and friends with Bezos to this day.

So he went to Princeton, studied physics, got bored and started Amazon? Fuckin aye, no wonder he did well.

2nd order differential equation has a common solution. Kinda neat this is bringing back memory.

Well, an Algebra problem and came up with a trig answer wow.

Remember if the answer is cosine. Cosine probably has a different meaning than basic trigonometry.

Wow it really shows there are levels to this. I'm much better at math than the average person, Bezos is much higher than me, and Yasantha is another level. I'm not going to lie I'm a bit envious, but good for them since I studied so hard in math.

Off topic. Who’s the gentleman Jeff is talking to? Looks like Steve Murphy

Cosine can not be an answer. It's like the answer is "+". :)

I wonder how he solved a partial differential equation with algebra.

And daddy had a bunch of money to shore him up.

For clarity. He took a £300, 000 investment from his parents to start Amazon. $300, 000 three decades ago is the equivalent of nearly £600, 000 today. Money makes money especially when you already have it

This is BS. Cosine is a function not the solution of a question.

How can standalone Cosine be answer to any question ? Either it is a fake video or the guy did not know basic trigonometry ..

Youtube is mostly full of stupid and fake videos

Too bad he missed the fact that he was never going to be a great human being either.
