I think that if you were to see james again without auntie, let him know that she has burned the farm buildings twice already. That may get him to at least reconsider having her around. Of course, then she'd get vengeful toward you....

Should sell most of that hay and silage and buy a new cultivator etc before Peter wants his farm management funds back as they should not be part of the land purchase up to the new owner James to fund the running of the farm, by rights most of your equipment including your new lorry is Peter`s as well though lots of hassle having to move it all so likely he would just sell it all with the property.
These and the ones you do with Chainsaw are the best videos to watch :)
