MERT, the dumbest scammer I have ever talked to has done it. They managed to turn a massive Roblox youtuber into a scammer.

From illiterate emails to hyperbolic financial promises, there are so many red flags that would make anybody with a pulse think twice. However the combination of stupid Roblox youtubers and frontal-lobe lacking hustle bros is just perfect enough to result in thousands of kiddos filling out surveys to get their FREE ROBUX!

That could definitely help YouTube and Discord with their investigation. Awhile ago, some Roblox YouTubers have been getting messages from this guy threatening to take down their videos, and this is just downright criminal! Now that you have done some digging, you can report the Mert James information directly to the FBI and get the guy behind this scam arrested and sent to prison. You made a huge difference and helped the community feel safer, and I owe it to you. Hopefully, YouTube will look into the situation and make changes so that this does not happen again.

I remember clicking on like useless, non-working free RuneScape membership generators, this survey stuff and so on as a kid, to perhaps become get membership. Times haven't really changed with those scams, besides how they operate and how now there are even scamming pyramid schemes, that scam each other. Not to mention the RuneScape scams in-game for GP, classics like 'doubling money' and so on.

if you find a scam email from a scammer and its like a survey email copy the scammers email and put and put the scammers email in the survey, then your done.

A few years back i fell for one of these and my inbox has never recovered, my spam folder deserves an award for blocking these emails that come on every 20 minutes

i got an email from this person! it was from "mert john" and offered to "pay me" $5k per pinned comment but was VERY serious about responding quickly. i was curious what the scam was exactly but didnt want to engage with it. the izzland channel was exactly the same as the mert james channel, a bunch of livestreams and "how to get poppy playtime in roblox free robux" videos, but seems to no longer exist or changed names
