Dude, the music is ruining it for you. It sounds too R&B and simplistic. Let me put it this way, I've been listening to rap since it began and your music sound like 1986. Its 2013, do something more minimalistic, driving, and hard....make it sound mean. You also need to loosen up on camera. You have some skill but that isn't enough...fine tune the other aspects of your craft to make people take note of your name. In the USA, you wouldn't get much of a second look with your current configuration.
