So the shrew is basically manipulating Mr.godejohn into believing that they had tried all of these plans and all of them fell through, furthering the illusion that they were seemingly in a state of desperation. Perpetuating that they wanted to do the right thing but were left with no choice. The shrew knew what she was doing. She knew nick didn't want to abandon her and would protect her and she could always use his own words against him. Commonly couples feel the sentiment "i would do anything for you and I'll always keep you safe". Due to nicks autism, i don't think he understood the nuance in that statement but only understood that he always wanted to stand by his word to her. He loved her. The shrew knew this and she knew how to use it against him. She single handedly orchestrated all of this. Nick has been honest from the beginning. He admitted to very unfavorable things and I trust his testimony and that all he wants is mercy. He doesn't want a get out of jail free card. I think he just wants to be judged fairly.
The universe gave the shrew an incredible gift of a second chance from all the evil she caused. The world was her oyster and the public and justice system was on her side. She knew in heart that it was misguided. She had the opportunity to try to right some wrongs or even sheepishly fade into obscurity. She chose to get drunk with power and abuse and victimize all those she came in contact with. Profit off of pain. Lie and manipulate. Keep presenting herself as the victim she knows she isn't. And that's sad because many don't get another chance after 8 years of thinking about your miss doings. And she didn't just throw it away, she twisted it into something evil. And she will fall harder than I believe she's prepared to fall considering she's used to always getting away.
Life has a weird way of letting you get away with something for a while. I hope she is prepared to receive and pay for the bill for actions that she will inevitably receive. It's a heafty one. And it can't be paid through money or manipulation. She leaves a wake of pain behind her. From all the sick children, parents, medical staff, and charities she took advantage of. The family and friends she slandered. The disgusting crimes of and after the deed. The slander and grooming of nick (if he was a girl, this case would be different). The new victims she has found not even a year after jail. She causes pain everywhere she goes. And somehow...she can never be in a situation where she isn't a "victim".

My adult autistic Cousin and I live together (I say that out of respect for him but I actually take care of him) and I am %100 certain he would do anything for my acceptance. I am his person. He is literally the kindest person I have known throughout my life but if he thought he had no other choice (as I believe Nick felt) I could see him doing something similar to Nick's crime. This whole situation is so messed up. I am in Milwaukee. If Nick ever needs me to help him get in communication from someone in Wisconsin or if there is anything I can do to help, let me know and I will forward my email. I will say sadly, because Nick has never really spoken out I don't know if he even understands how he got totally F'ed over by so many people involved in his case. Justice NEEDS to happen!!!

Isn't it interesting that the girl that said her mom who abused her and controlled everything she does was able into make this video for probably 30mins or more while mom went to WalMart alone. More proof mama was not controlling or abusing her at all.

Sounds like she was using her "bella" persona. extra child like to seem vulnerable to nick to manipulate him.
He saves a woman who loves him in need, who he feels truly needs help. He also gets the closeness of a woman which he never experienced. 2 strong emotional ties. All these people understand this which is why all these tv shows about her came out. They all love who they think gypsy is. The character they grew emotionally connected to, not the real gypsy.
Not even nick got the real gypsy.
