What happened to the traditional Roce ?
This is nothing Goan nor Manglorean, but rather western culture.
After the parents/relatives pray at the altar at home, Roce starts with a hymn to the Holy Trinity and to the blessed Virgin Mary asking to bless the Roce and the bride. This is followed by Roce being applied first by Family and than the rest accompanied by singing Mandos/love songs.

The dance could have been done at some other point.

Please do not let our traditions be neglected. Our next generations should be able to follow and keep it alive.
