The STEPIEN RULE Needs To Be ABOLISHED and Here's Why

Hello everyone! Today we're going to be discussing why I believe the long-standing Stepien Rule is outdated, makes no sense, and must be abolished. I support getting rid of it simply because it makes reading all these trade rumors and reports so confusing regarding what years a team can and can’t trade their picks. While we’re at it, eliminate draft pick protections for the same reason.

Really interesting billy king rule, evening the playing field to allow both contending and tanking teams to trade picks without restrictions needs to be implemented as we may end up with a gulf between the top 20 teams and the bottom 5-10 who give their picks away for nothing.
