I don't know what the law says. But the Laundry's had a moral duty to tell Gabby's parents what happened and where Gabby was. The could have told their son to turn himself in also.
Gabby's parents suffered so much longer because of them.😢💔🤬 What heartless parents.

You just don't come home after murdering someone and act normally. If he didn't tell the parents they would have pryed it out of him. They'd know something was wrong.
Then they became part of a plan. They did not do the right thing.

Why aren’t the Laundries being charged with accessory after the fact and obstruction of justice. You aren’t allowed withhold evidence or conceal knowledge of criminal activity except if it’s your spouse, other family members don’t have that privilege. Plus he was not a minor he was an adult. I understand the impulse but adult children are ultimately responsible for their choices and actions.

The civil case is one issue, but my issue is, why aren't the Laundries in jail for aiding and abetting Brian, a known felon. I wanna see them do some time. Aside from that I hope Gabby's family is allowed to proceed with their suit.

We had a pit bull mix, she was the sweetest dog. But after she jumped a 6 ft privacy fence by help of a redbud tree to chase a rabbit. The person who hit her said he saw the rabbit but not her, our dog. The driver eventually killed our dog but she had crossed all across his car and she was hit by the right front of his vehicle, so she ran all across of the front of his vehicle. People have a bias against pit bull mix breeds, they are not all bad!
